Partners from National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) and Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) will share key findings from an ongoing project funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Improving Social Determinants of Health – Getting Further Faster. This project focuses on assessing the work of multi-sector coalitions to advance health equity by addressing social determinants of health. This coffee chat will be an opportunity to learn more about this project and how its findings can help advance your work to prevent chronic disease and promote health equity.
