The CHOICES Community of Practice online portal was developed specifically by Dr. Michael Long, Jenny Reiner, Amy Bolton, and Molly Garrone – under the leadership of Dr. Angie Cradock and Dr. Steven Gortmaker – and in partnership with the team at Ben Freda Consulting.
