In this coffee chat, Anna Clayton, Senior Program Analyst from the National Association of County and City Health Officials, provides an overview of the recent updates to the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnership (MAPP) framework and highlights available resources and tools to support community health improvement work. Using data to assess the health of a community and identify evidence-based approaches to address public health issues is a key function of public health departments.
