Through the CHOICES Learning Collaborative Partnership, the CHOICES Project Team worked with key partners to model the potential implementation of a strategy that incorporates five-to-10-minute physical activity breaks during class time into school classrooms in Massachusetts. This strategy could reach 31,600 children over 10 years, would result in 25 additional minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per student per school week, and would only cost $5.72 per child per year to implement.
